Symbiosis Mechanism of Academic Journals and Discipline Construction in Chinese Colleges

Academic journals and discipline construction in colleges are two major drivers of scientific progress. There is a complex interactive mechanism between the drivers. The synergy worthy in-depth research. research aims include better developing academic with advantages back-feeding journals. symbiotic theory provides new perspective for cooperation college construction. Drawing on theory, this paper explores root causes logic collaboration construction, from angles unit, environment, model. results show that symbiosis Chinese mainly relies essential parameters, namely, talents results; although provide positive factors mostly takes place unofficial information platforms mechanisms, relevant policies relatively discipline-oriented; mutualistic but remains intermittent stage. Therefore, it important to find more effective path following their law.
